(the platform operator) and its affiliates (including but not limited to zhongshan zuccn technology co., ltd., hereinafter referred to as "zuccn") and its cooperative units (including but not limited to third parties) merchants) about zuccn website (domain name is zuccn.com， (referred to as this website) and the products, programs and services of zuccn. zuccn and its cooperative entities respectively sign this agreement with you regarding the rights you enjoy and the obligations you assume in the process of receiving services on this website, and independently assume responsibilities to you, and do not assume each other's guarantee, joint or joint liability, etc.

zuccn the operating entity of the platform is zuccn technology co., ltd., and the sales entity of self-operated products is zuccn the license information published on the website page shall prevail (including but not limited to zuccn technology co., ltd.). under this agreement, zuccn the platform operating entity may change according to the platform business adjustment. after the change, zuccn the platform operator will work with you to perform this agreement and provide you with services. zuccn changes in the platform operator will not affect your rights and interests under this agreement.
privacy policy ( https://zuccn.com/privacy-policy）、the zuccn account use agreement is an integral part of this agreement and has the same legal effect as this agreement.
considering the rapid development of internet business, the terms of this agreement cannot completely cover all the rights and obligations of you and zuccn, nor can they guarantee that they fully meet the needs of development. zuccn the platform's legal statements, privacy policy, platform specifications, rules, notices, announcements, operating rules, help documents, warm reminders, etc. are supplementary agreements to this agreement, are inseparable from this agreement and have the same legal effect. if you use the services of this platform, you are deemed to have agreed to the above supplementary agreement.
if you log in zuccn ，still need to register help cards account number. are you interested in help cards the application and use of accounts should comply with help cards account usage agreement and help cards specifications as revised and published from time to time.
before you start the registration process to use the services of this platform, you should have the civil capacity appropriate to your behavior as stipulated by the laws of the people's republic of china. if you do not have the aforementioned civil capacity appropriate to your behavior, you should use this software with the participation of your guardian, and you and your guardian shall bear all consequences resulting therefrom in accordance with legal provisions. the operations under your account represent you; if you need to represent a specific organization, zuccn to purchase goods or enjoy services on the platform, you must provide the relevant certificate materials and authorization materials of the unit in accordance with the requirements of the licensing assistance.
in addition, you also need to ensure that you are not the subject of trade restrictions, sanctions or other laws and rules imposed by any country, international organization or region, otherwise you may not be able to register and use it normally. zuccn platform services.
3.1.1the products and services on the platform are operated by zuccn technology co., ltd. or its affiliates or third-party merchants. the operating entities of third-party merchant products shall be subject to the merchant information published on the page. for convenience of description, the business entities of goods and services are collectively referred to as "sellers" below. for goods clearly marked as being provided by third-party merchants, invoicing, delivery, and after-sales services are all provided by the merchants who purchase the goods. the platform will not assume the aforementioned obligations and responsibilities, unless otherwise provided by laws and administrative regulations.
3.1.2 【contract formation】 you understand and agree: zuccn the products, prices, specifications and other information displayed on the platform are for your reference only. you must confirm the specific content of the order when placing an order. you can submit the order after confirmation. you are at zuccn once an order is submitted on the platform and the full payment is made, a contractual relationship between you and the seller for the goods you have paid for will be deemed to have been established. before the sales contract between the seller and you is established, you and zuccn have the right to cancel the order for related products.
3.1.3 【terms of payment first and delivery later】 you understand and agree: this platform implements the method of payment first and delivery later. the timely, full and legal payment required by the user to purchase the goods is a condition for the establishment and effectiveness of the contract, and it is also a prerequisite for the seller to deliver goods to the user. if you fail to complete payment in a reasonable manner or within the specified time, the contract will be deemed not to have been established, and zuccn has the right to cancel the order.
3.1.4 【out of stock disclaimer】 assistance we will try our best to meet your needs and avoid the goods you purchased being out of stock. however, due to technical obstacles and various factors that are difficult to control and avoid, the seller cannot guarantee that the goods that meet all the requirements in the order you submitted are in stock; if the goods you ordered are not in stock, you have the right to cancel the order and terminate the contract. the seller also has the right to cancel the order and terminate the contract. if you have already paid , then a refund will be processed for you. after the order is cancelled, the money you have paid will be returned to your payment account. you understand and acknowledge that the refund time will vary due to different payment platforms, payment methods and other reasons.
3.1.5 【purchase restrictions】 you understand and acknowledge that based on the preset rules of product activities, if the seller announces the purchase limit of certain products on the page, if you plan to purchase products that exceed the purchase limit, please contact zuccn or relevant third-party merchants. for orders that you have submitted that exceed the purchase limit, the seller has the right to unilaterally cancel them and terminate the contract. unless otherwise specified, the above purchase limit quantity is not only for a single account. if you place an order through multiple accounts within a period of time, although the quantity of a single order does not exceed the purchase limit of the product, the quantity will be placed through the delivery address, order IP if the address, contact number, consignee, etc. determine that the actual purchaser is one person or closely related to you, and the total purchase quantity of multiple orders exceeds the purchase limit of the product, the seller has the right to cancel the relevant orders and terminate the contract, and the seller has the right to based on this situation, we have the right to decide whether to close your account on zuccn and prohibit you from re-registering an account on zuccn website within a certain period of time.
3.1.6 【clauses prohibiting malicious purchases, purchasing on behalf of others, and resale】 your purchasing behavior should be based on real consumer demand, and there must be no lack of understanding of the product and its /or the service carries out malicious purchases, malicious rights protection and other behaviors that disrupt the normal trading order of the platform. based on the need to maintain the transaction order and transaction security of the zuccn platform, zuccn when discovering the above situation, you can proactively perform operations such as closing relevant transaction orders and canceling contracts.
zuccn focuses on business expansion to end consumers, so purchasing agents are not allowed. purchasing refers to the customer’s main or important business through purchasing zuccn the act of transferring goods from the platform to its direct customers. if help cards found that you have resales from zuccn records of goods purchased on the platform, help cards has the right to no longer allow you to purchase goods and may permanently close your help cards of the account and ban you from the help cards register your account again. this prohibition on resale also applies to the government and enterprise group purchases you make on behalf of your organization from zuccn products purchased on the platform. because you sell or resell zuccn liability and losses arising from the products on the platform shall be borne by you. help cards nothing to do.
in the following circumstances, zuccn has the right to determine that you may have resale purposes. zuccn has the right to determine that the order is an abnormal order. before the goods are delivered, zuccn can cancel the order, terminate the contract, and refund the money to your payment account. :

（3）one or more people place orders using multiple accounts and fail to pay or choose to delay shipment to occupy inventory;
（4）the same user refuses to sign for ordered goods multiple times or in large numbers without justifiable reasons;
（5）other orders that may be deemed to be for resale purposes.
under this agreement, if the same identity authentication information is used or the actual controller of multiple zhuban accounts is determined to be the same person through zhuban's investigation, they will be deemed to be the same user.
3.1.7 【price display】 although zuccn makes its best efforts to ensure the accuracy of product prices, product prices may occasionally be mispriced. if the correct price of an item is higher than zuccn the pricing displayed on the website, or the order price is incorrect due to system settlement errors, zuccn has the right to decide based on the specific circumstances, contact you for your opinion, or cancel your order, terminate the contract and notify you.
3.1.8 【return and gift terms】 when you return the product, you should return the product itself, accessories and gifts together. gifts include physical gifts, points, vouchers, coupons, etc. if you choose not to return the gift, you should pay the price of the gift according to the pre-marked gift price as required by the sponsor or the seller.
3.1.9 【platform information changes】 zuccn products on the platform /service promotion content, parameter price, quantity, availability of goods, etc. /service information may change at any time. zuccn the platform will not make any special notice. because the products on the platform /the amount of service information is extremely large, although zuccn the platform will do its best to ensure that the products you browse /the accuracy of the service information. however, due to objective reasons such as well-known internet technical factors, the information displayed on the platform may have certain lags or errors. you express your knowledge and understanding of this situation and agree not to pursue it. zuccn the platform’s liability for breach of contract or infringement; if you find the product /if the service information is wrong or questionable, please do not submit an order or accept the service and inform us as soon as possible. zuccn platform.
3.1.10 【promotiona activity description】 zuccn various forms of promotional activities will be carried out. you can only participate in the activities within the validity period of the activity and enjoy the corresponding discounts in accordance with the activity rules.
3.1.11 after the order is canceled for any reason, the number you used to purchase the goods will F codes (product purchase qualifications), coupons used when paying for goods, etc. are invalid because they have been used and will no longer be refunded to your account. regarding whether the coupon is invalid due to use, if the mall has special rules, it will be handled in accordance with the special rules of the mall.
3.1.12you have the right to evaluate the goods or services you purchased in the evaluation system provided by the zuccn platform. all your evaluation behaviors should comply with the relevant provisions of the zuccn platform rules. the evaluation content should be objective and true, and should not contain any obscene language, pornographic vulgarity, advertising information and other prohibited information listed in laws, regulations and this agreement; you do not you should help others improve their credit in improper ways or use your evaluation rights to threaten or extort other users or merchants.
3.2.1 【receiving information】 when placing an order, you must fill in the consignee, contact information, delivery address, contract performance method, etc. of the goods you wish to purchase. the goods you purchase will be delivered to the delivery address you specify. you are solely responsible for any losses caused by your changes to contact persons or related delivery information.
3.2.2【delivery time】 the system will determine whether to push and display the delivery time based on different order types. if it is displayed, then the delivery time listed in the order information is a reference time. the reference time is calculated based on inventory status, normal processing and delivery time, and delivery location. it does not belong to the promised arrival time, nor does it belong to the promised delivery time. equivalent to actual arrival or completion of installation time. you are aware that the products on the platform may be out of stock, or product delivery may be delayed due to out of stock, and you understand and accept that zuccn does not assume any responsibility for this.
3.2.3 【the goods are delivered】 for the goods you purchased, zuccn or a third-party merchant will deliver the goods to your designated delivery address through the logistics company (except those outside the delivery range). please follow zuccn's delivery process to receive the goods; when the goods are delivered to you, your family or your designated consignee or the consignee's agent, you will be deemed to have received the goods and acknowledge that there are no cosmetic defects, damage or other problems with the goods received. the consignee shall bear joint and several liability for the legal consequences of his actions and expression of intention. if signature confirmation is required, please read the relevant terms in detail before signing.
3.2.4【information is accurate】 you should accurately fill in your real name, shipping address and contact information. if an order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to the following circumstances, the merchant does not need to bear relevant responsibilities and reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order:
（1） the shipping address, contact information and other information are incorrect, non-existent or not detailed enough;
（2）the delivery personnel contacted the reserved delivery mobile phone twice, but could not be connected or no one answered;
（3）no one signs for the delivery of the goods, resulting in the costs and related consequences of repeated delivery;
