always in zuccn shopping users, the products listed on the website have clearly stated the supplier's brand name and product model. please carefully check the product model, supplier and other relevant information before placing an order. if you download the wrong model due to your own reasons,zuccn returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
conditions for accepting returns and exchanges
a. returned products must have complete original packaging (including outer packaging and inner filling )and the product labels are intact;
b.if a non-human damage performance failure occurs, the original quality, function, and appearance are intact, and the trademarks and various logos of the product itself and accessories are complete and complete, which will not affect secondary sales. after being confirmed by the zuccn after-sales testing center, the return business will be handled for the user. users must present valid proof of purchase when returning goods. you can submit a return or exchange application within seven working days after receiving the goods.if there are any gifts that need to be returned together, late submissions will not be accepted;
c.if a non-human damage performance failure occurs, after confirmation by the zuccn after-sales testing center, the user will be replaced. after exchange, the three-guarantee period of the product itself will be recalculated;
c. if applying for a return due to product quality issues, the customer must provide a detailed performance test report as a basis for negotiation with the supplier. if necessary, a third-party testing report recognized by both parties must also be provided;
d. for orders with invoices issued, the invoice must be returned after the return or exchange application is approved.
returns not accepted
a. misorder caused by customer’s own reasons /wrong order;
b. if the delivery time exceeds seven days and exceeds 15 days, the receipt time of the courier will be used as the basis;
c. cargo labels, merchandiseman-made damage, missing packaging boxes, missing spare parts, or product failure caused by force majeure factors such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc. ,it is impossible to tell whether the product is a brand-supported product;
d. the purchased product has been opened and used on the machine /or products tested with test equipment;
e. the invoice issued for the corresponding product has been lost;
return and exchange fees
