        not enjoying free warranty:

(1)product failure caused by force majeure factors such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc.;

(2)damage caused by improper installation or use by the customer;

(3)product failure caused by disassembly, repair or modification of the product by personnel not authorized by the licensee;

(4)products purchased through non-zuccn direct sales or authorized legal channels;

(5)the product code is torn, altered or otherwise unrecognizable due to other reasons;

2. maintenance services

        always in zuccn as a shopping user, if the warranty period exceeds the warranty period or a performance failure occurs due to man-made damage, zuccn will provide you with maintenance services if the product is confirmed to be repairable by the zuccn after-sales testing center.

        if the product exceeds the warranty period or is artificially damaged, we will charge the cost, labor and freight of the components according to different models and degree of damage; the specific costs will be quoted to you by the online customer service staff.

3. maintenance process

        always in zuccn for shopping users, the shipping costs for all goods returned to zuccn for warranty or repair services will be borne by the user. the maintenance process is as follows:

(1)maintenance request:

        please contact online customer service to understand the warranty situation, and follow the customer service instructions to apply for online maintenance and confirm;

(2)product return:

        please contact online customer service to obtain the return address, and print the mall order information and attach the return address of your product after repair. pack it into the box together with the repair product. pay attention to packaging protection to avoid damage during logistics;

(3)after receiving the repair products, zuccn will confirm whether it is a chargeable repair. if so, the online customer will contact you for a repair quotation;

(4)arrange repairs and return them to you after completion, freight collect.

5. customer instructions

(1)please try your best to back up program parameters, etc. before sending it for repair, because program parameter settings, etc. may not be retained after repair;

(2)since zuccn products are precision electronic products, please pay attention to using safe and reliable packaging and transportation methods when returning the products to avoid more serious damage caused by transportation. it is recommended that you apply for transportation insurance. our company will not be responsible for compensation for losses caused by resistance, please understand;

(3)if you do not receive feedback within one week after your repair product is sent, please contact online customer service to inquire to avoid loss during transportation;

(4)the final interpretation right of these terms of service belongs to zhongshan zuccn technology co., ltd.
